These terms cover Deckwren’s games and this website. By playing a game or reading the site, you agree to them. Google Play’s own terms also apply to anything you get from Google Play.
Free to play
The games are free to download and play, with no ads and nothing to buy. You may play them for your own enjoyment on any phone you own or control.
For fun only
The games are played for points, never for money or prizes, and nothing in them can be won or cashed out. Please do not use them for betting of any kind.
What is ours
The traditional games themselves belong to everyone. Deckwren’s versions (the apps, their cards and pictures, the rules text, the computer players and this site’s words) are ours. You may not copy, sell or republish them, or take the apps apart to make your own, except where the law allows it.
No guarantee
We work to keep the games correct and running, but they are given as they are. We do not promise they are free of mistakes or will always run on every phone. As far as the law allows, Deckwren is not liable for any loss that comes from using the games or the site; nothing here limits a right you have that the law says cannot be limited.
Mistakes and changes
Found a wrong rule or a bug? Tell us and we fix it in an update. We may change a game, or these terms; when the terms change, the date at the top changes with them.

A link to another site, such as Google Play’s, is there to help you. We do not run those sites and are not responsible for them.
